At Project Drive Inc., we are committed to fostering an inclusive, welcoming, ​and respectful environment for everyone. Non-Discrimination Policy

1. Purpose The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all individuals associated ​with Project Drive Inc., including employees, volunteers, participants, and ​visitors, are treated with fairness, dignity, and respect. This policy outlines our ​commitment to providing an environment free from discrimination, ​harassment, and retaliation.


2. Scope This policy applies to all activities, programs, and operations of Project ​Drive Inc., including hiring practices, volunteer engagement, program ​participation, and any other interactions within our organization.


3. Prohibited Conduct Project Drive Inc. prohibits any form of discrimination or ​harassment based on race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or ​expression, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, marital ​status, military status, or any other characteristic protected by law. This ​includes, but is not limited to:


Discriminatory Practices: Any action or behavior that unjustly treats individuals ​differently based on protected characteristics.

Harassment: Any unwelcome conduct that creates a hostile, intimidating, or ​offensive environment, whether verbal, physical, or visual.

Retaliation: Any adverse action taken against an individual for reporting ​discrimination, participating in an investigation, or exercising their rights under ​this policy.

4. Reporting and Resolution Any individual who believes they have been ​subjected to discrimination, harassment, or retaliation is encouraged to report ​the incident to a designated representative of Project Drive Inc. All reports will ​be taken seriously and handled promptly, with confidentiality maintained to the ​extent possible.


5. Consequences of Violations Any violation of this policy will result in ​appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment ​or volunteer status, removal from programs, or other actions as deemed ​necessary by Project Drive Inc.


6. Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion Project Drive Inc. is dedicated to ​actively promoting diversity and inclusion within our organization and ​programs. We believe that diversity enriches our community and enhances the ​quality of our work. We are committed to providing ongoing training, education, ​and support to ensure that all members of our community understand and ​uphold the principles of this policy.


7. Policy Review This policy will be reviewed regularly and updated as necessary ​to reflect changes in laws, organizational practices, and our ongoing ​commitment to non-discrimination.
